I drink a heck load of water everyday and that also contributes to my hair growth and health.🔹I don't use popular methods of protective styles such as weaves,wigs or extensions...not my thang... I work from home and my hair 90% of the time in a bun. It's only out when I go out!! Haha!! 🔸A protective is a style that protects your hair and ends... if you wore a hat the same amount of time as a weave/wig your hair would grow the same length. Weaves and wigs don't promote grow..they help retain length that could have been lost due to manipulation, elements and bad hair practices. 🔸 🔹Trimming is vital as it encourages healthier ends and prevents breakage. IT DOES NOT MAKE YOUR HAIR GROW...😑think about it!! 🔹A healthy and regular hair routine is key!! Routine influences productive growth...think of it like your workout routine...🔹I don't take hair vitamins, because I don't believe the work. You hair cannot grow more than its predetermined length... and vitamins only seem like they encourage growth because they are taking the place of the vitamins you would consume if you had a healthy diet. 🔹Low manipulation... just let your hair do its thang..you don't need a new twist out everyday... 🔹Products help with maintenance of your hair...but they don't MAKE your hair grow...they encourage growth!!
