If You Still Got Some Fuzz, It May Not Be Too Late

This is an Email from Chicoro that I wanted to share with you all.

The Home Health worker arrived to provide care to her 92 year old client. She looked at her client and blinked her eyes. She approached her client cautiously. She couldn't believe what she was seeing. Just a few weeks ago, her client was bald. Today, that bald spot was almost filled in and her ponytail had gained thickness and fullness and even some length!
"I have never seen any hair growth like this in my life. What are you using on your mother's hair?" she asked the client's daughter. "Whatever you are using, please tell me the name of the product so I can go and get me some."

This is a true story. The 92 year old lady is the mother of my mother's friend. We'll call my mother's friend Cindy. Cindy is in her late sixties. She told my mother that she was so distressed about her own hair breaking. My mother explained to her about preserving the hair strand. Ms. Cindy took my mother's advice and purchased one of my books to get the details of the process.

Cindy later told me, "I thought the most important thing was to have a curl, no matter at what cost. Now I realize that it is about caring for the hair. You are never too old to learn something new." Now Ms. Cindy and her mother have hair that is not only thriving, people all around them are noticing. Ms. Cindy applied the same practices to her 90 years plus mother's hair.
Be encouraged that no matter where you are in your hair journey, that there may be hope for you, too. Ms. Cindy and her mom changed their hair practices after 50 and 80 years respectively. Am I saying that you will have thick flowing locks down to your feet if you change your hair care practices? Of course I am not saying that. What I am saying is to not give up hope even if all you got is peach fuzz or breakage. It may be simply a case of learning a new way to do things. Hair is resilient. YOU are 10x more resilient than your hair. I can guarantee you that some of us have been mistreated far worse than our hair ever has been or ever will be. So if we can bounce back, why can't our hair! Before you decide to give up because you have been trying unsuccessfully to grow your hair for years, remember that doing the wrong thing over for a long period of time will not have the same outcome as doing the right thing. These are two different situations. Always compare apples to apples.
Take Some Action! Nurture what you have. You never know what might spring up.
